Yoga Exercise Basics

There are many different yoga exercises, or asanas, that you can practice. Some common ones include downward facing dog, child's pose, mountain pose, warrior pose, and tree pose. It's important to find a practice that works for you and to listen to your body as you do the poses. It's also a good idea to start with a beginner's class or to work with a certified yoga instructor to make sure you are doing the poses safely and effectively.
